Customer support was great in solving my tech issue.

My website started to crash since I migrated. And the speed isn't what I have been promised - unfortunately.

I only have good words for this hosting company, the support is FAST, very knowledgeable, they don't give up until you fix your issue. And the hosting itself...well, it basically speeds up your website x10. If you have heavy platforms like buddyboss, you will see an incredible difference. Also the dashboard is extremely intuitive and really modern. Super happy.

I am very satisfied with the support provided by Rapyd. They are helpful not only with hosting, but also willingly helped with other matter related to our project and matter that we needed to resolve. Thanks specially Hardik.

Friendly and knowledgeable people. Okay, maybe sometimes it takes a second occurrence to get to the root cause. But they are always there and ready to help. No fuss with 3- 5 minute timers to keep the chat alive. Everything is accessible in a clean chat overview of all past chats. Simply take off where you left off. Not an issue. Must satisfactory. Excellent support. Second to none.
