I signed for the basic plan - 50 credits. Initially I used some 12 or 13 credits but, next day, when I tried to login it didn´t take my credentials and I am longer able to use the App. This means I lost some 70 % of my money. And I cannot find a way to contact them to clarify this issue...

Using the service was super simple and the results were astounding. I haven't been able to find results as clear, sharp, and faithful to the original image as Let's Enhance. He pagado la suscripción y me he encontrado con que, en lugar de mejorar la calidad de las imágenes, te las dibuja como si estuvieras en leonardo.ai Si amplías ya no encontrarás píxeles, sino un dibujo. Yo quería mejorar la resolución de unas fotografías a 720p y ha sido tirar el dinero a la basura.

I signed up for the 7-day trial and they charged me for 2 months that I did NOT authorize! I reached out to them for a refund request but they wouldn't even after I never used any of my 200 credits! Stay away!!
