I wanted simple and easy photo enhancing, which worked okay on my phone, and professionally taken photos with 'balanced' and very low settings (20-30%) for some photos. 'AI magic' -generated images were pretty terrible and distorted my face even when the AI strength was at 33% and the similarity at 100%. It was badly priced for batches, but I got back the 20 credits I used for 'AI magic' after asking customer service, which was a positive remark.

I think the site does a great job enhancing pics but the "instructions" are a bit lacking. In the beginning, I paid for extra pics that did not work at all. I have sent three follow-up emails with questions and not received one email in response! Very poor customer service.

The service does an okay job, but nothing earth-shattering. I get better results manipulating in Photoshop or Sketch. If you're going to use an AI, to enhance Photos, they should truly enhance the photos in a way that's demonstrative, not in a way that mimics automation of conventional photo tools.
