Excellent software, which does just what I need it to do. I had a few questions about the best way to go about upscaling images etc, and Anastasiia was really excellent in terms of the customer support which was provided - she look a lot of trouble to help and answer my questions.

I tried the Let’s Enhance trial (10 credits). After spending 3 credits, the result was already disappointing. The enhanced image still had a watermark, and it could only be downloaded as a JPG — no transparent PNG option. For a service that charges per credit, this feels restrictive and not very professional.
