Technology is a complex....However, my old photo from 1986 made by Polaroid! They were explaing to me, about let's Enhance is self-service through repair the old photos or other restorian..Unforunetiy, Polaroid can't repair or fix the restore old photo due to limits and complex for clear and more zooms, same new photo as 1986. And Background the Polaroid has made by Dark Negative Cameras!

It lacks autodetection of what I'd call "average pleasant image". Asks how much enhancement in %% do you want in each section like color and others. I don't understand what is "improve color by 10%", anybody does? The resultant pictures were harsh in light, very contrast, with unnatural colors, in short worse than original.

LetsEnhance delivers good image quality, and the AI generation and upscaling can be impressive from a technical standpoint. For creative or experimental use, the results are generally strong. That said, the billing terms are a major cause for concern. By providing card details, users explicitly authorise LetsEnhance INC to charge their card for future payments in accordance with its terms. When this is combined with the company’s ability to change those terms unilaterally, it creates a real risk for users and undermines trust. It is difficult to feel comfortable entering payment details under a framework where prices, conditions, or obligations may change without meaningful notice. In addition, the service relies on layered agreements and third‑party AI integrations, with ownership, data usage, and commercial rights not explained as clearly as they should be. Together with the billing authorisation clause, this makes the platform feel weighted heavily in favour of the company rather than the user. Overall: strong technical performance, but the billing and contractual terms raise significant red flags. Better suited to casual or experimental use than paid or professional work unless you are comfortable with that level of financial and contractual uncertainty.

I tried the Let’s Enhance trial (10 credits). After spending 3 credits, the result was already disappointing. The enhanced image still had a watermark, and it could only be downloaded as a JPG — no transparent PNG option. For a service that charges per credit, this feels restrictive and not very professional.

Nothing happened. I uploaded a photo and waited and waited. Screw it, I'm not waiting around.

I signed for the basic plan - 50 credits. Initially I used some 12 or 13 credits but, next day, when I tried to login it didn´t take my credentials and I am longer able to use the App. This means I lost some 70 % of my money. And I cannot find a way to contact them to clarify this issue...
