The biggest regret of my life will be that why did I always choose Leopard Courier Service? Their service is very poor. The parcel stays in the branch for 6 days. The delivery boy has a problem with the location. Although TCS delivers my orders to the same address on a daily basis, no one attends the calls on the helpline. I have gone to the branch myself many times to pick up the parcel. The service is very bad. Even if this is the last courier in the world, I will give my message and goods to the old-fashioned pigeons, but not to these people. I don't understand what the owner is earning. How is this business standing when everyone is worried about it?

My parcel has been stuck since the last five days from Faisalabad and I still have not received any proper update. I only received one call where the rider told me this was not his route and said he would come the next day, but after that I received neither a call nor a message. Very unprofessional service. I have never had such a bad experience with any courier company before. Pathetic courier service. Extremely delayed delivery with no proper updates or customer support. i am not recommended you leopards because extreamly bad courier service. i have sent 34 order from which only 3 delivered in 7 days

Third class service fake delivery updates no customer service no one pick call automated call end itself after long waits whatsapp service replied template live agent didn’t appear for hours worst and wastage of money the owner and management have no shame as it’s cheaper then tcs and market have no other option in cheap class

Very disappointing experience with this courier service. My order was delivered 2–4 days later than the promised delivery date, and the overall handling and delivery process was extremely unprofessional and below standard. There was a clear lack of communication, responsibility, and service quality throughout the process. A courier company should value customers’ time and trust, but unfortunately this experience showed poor management and unreliable service. I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting timely and professional delivery.
