Worst experience ever. Parcel has been delayed for a week and no customer service response nothing....HUGE LOSS!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I RECOMMEND ALL!!!! Rather find yourself another better company

Extremely poor experience and worst customer support. They support team can't even read what you are saying. Looks like all uneducated people are hired there who can't even read and respond appropriately.

I was sent some important documents but the package has been stuck in the same place for more than a month now, and both me and the sender have been trying to contact them for weeks. Thet either tell me an agent is going to get in contact with me and then no one reaches out, or someone reaches out and then they disappear. I'm usually nice and respectful towards customer service, but the only way they've cooperated was whenever I'd lose my patience and started being demanding and started spamming with messages. But still, no sign of those documents that were super urgent. I've been on a waiting list for them to give me an international tracking number (something that should be given withlut having to wait, its the most basic thing ever) and they told me i'd recieve it in 24-48h....it's been a week. I contacted them and nothing. I contact again and again and they keep saying they are processing the complaints and to have patience. It seems like they are trying to avoid giving any information on my shipment, whether if it's because they've lost it or they're withholding them is out of my knowledge, but they are not cooperating at all. One time they told me the package has already departed from pakistan, and a few hours later I contact them again and they say it's been in Lahore for a month. I don't know what to do or what to believe. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AT ALL!!!

My parcel was due today and they're not answering any call on their UAN, nor are they uploading any details online for tracking. Poor service.

Leopard is worst delivery service I ever get they don't attend call and they don't deliver items with time I order a monitor form karachi it has been 6 day I still don't get it I called them more than 15 time than they attended a call after that I also called them didn't pick up

Genuinely pathetic services but somehow still better than the alternatives. They take a week to deliver from Karachi to Islamabad?? And once your package has arrived at your city, it takes another 2-3 days for it to reach your house.

No update on portal,no one attending universal number.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Leopard Couriers' Dera Ismail Khan branch. I paid the full delivery charges specifically for doorstep delivery, yet the branch repeatedly failed to deliver my parcels to my address Instead of providing the service that was paid for, their staff called and asked me to collect the parcels myself from their office, claiming they had no drivers available. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for home delivery. What is even more frustrating is that they threatened to return the parcels by marking them as "customer not available" or "returned from doorstep" without ever attempting an actual delivery. This has happened to me on two separate orders recently. In both cases, my parcels were not delivered to my home and were instead pushed back due to the branch's own operational issues. Customers should not be forced to travel and collect parcels when they have already paid for doorstep delivery. The Dera Ismail Khan branch's service is highly unprofessional, unreliable, and inconvenient. Leopard Couriers should investigate this branch and ensure that customers receive the service they have paid for. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this branch to anyone
