Shame on Leopard Courier Service. My parcel has been sitting in my area, yet you still haven’t delivered it to my house. Instead of cooperating with me and helping me, you keep making lame excuses and ignoring me. If you can’t run a courier service properly, then you shouldn’t be in business.

The most pathetic courier service in Pakistan. They have lost my parcel of Rs 5500 for last 4 years and still no refund Moreover their reps don't report ta your location and sometimes they send parcel to wrong destination

We have a merchant account with leopard and they have the worst service ever, If you want someone's business to evaporate within a month, please recommend them LEOPARD courier. They will return 40% of your parcels without any reason, WITHOUT EVEN Contacting THE CUSTOMER. To leopard: YOU SHOULD STOP THIS SO CALLED COURIER SERVICE!!!

The riders are the big liers .they submit the false report of inaccessible or limitted access to recepient as a resson for non delivery .customer support do not pick the call. One of the worst courier it even does not deserve single star

Worst courier experience I've ever had. My parcel has been stuck with Leopard for almost 2 months, and no delivery rider ever called me. Every time I contacted customer support, I received different information and false commitments. I was promised delivery within 24–48 hours, then told a rush delivery had been arranged, but nothing happened. When I visited the Garhi Shahu Hub, the staff couldn't even confirm where my parcel was. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me to contact the seller because they weren't responsible and would only respond if the seller emailed them. They didn't even register a complaint or apologize. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and acted like they were doing me a favor. Very disappointing service with no accountability. I'll update this review once I receive an official response from Leopard or when the issue is finally resolved
