Most unprofessional, unresponsive and untrustworthy service with staff that lies. It's already rated 1.2 stars while I'm writing this review. I wonder how much more can they worsen in their service.

Slowest customer service ever. (Leopard courier)

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Leopard Courier Service. Their delivery was ridiculously late, and there was absolutely no communication or updates from their side. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue. It felt like no one cared about the urgency or importance of the parcel.

I would like to share my feedback regarding Leopards Courier. I sent a 4 kg parcel from Mansehra to Nawabshah and paid PKR 2,500. The Leopards agent assured me that the parcel would be delivered the next day. However, it was delivered after four days, and that too only after repeated WhatsApp messages. This was a disappointing experience. Based on this i would not recommend using Leopards Courier. In my experience, Pakistan Post is more affordable and provides better service compared to Leopards.

Leopard Courier's service is super disappointing. They don't dispatch orders on time, and when you try to contact their CSRs, they don't pick up after waiting for half an hour, and the call just gets cut off 😤. Their service is really bad, like, really bad.

Package delayed for no reason and they cancelled it and returned it on their own And worst customer service and useless helplines along with poor chatbots spamming the same message again and again Highly disappointed And not recommend
