First time order…
It was my first time ordering from lensmart and I did not put in my PD not knowing they would need it. I then contacted the customer care and they replied within few minutes to assist me. My order was already out but they tried they utmost best to intercept it so they can fix my lenses. I'm so thankful to their support and quick responses they made me to be at ease and sorted everything out.
