I was very reluctant to purchase my prescription eyeglasses/lenses from an online company. I loved the many options of frames that the Lensmart company offers but had a few questions. Using their online Help Center I submitted my questions. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response in a few hours, especially since I wrote to them on a Sunday. I followed up with another question. Again, I received a quick reply. Based upon their quick responses to my questions, I felt very reassured & took the plunge & ordered. The Lensmart Help Center was timely, courteous & answered all questions to my satisfaction. Now I can’t wait to receive my glasses! I’m already trying to decide which frames to order next!
