I've made my first order with Lensmart, and after some clarification of my lenses they shipped to me with no problem. Perfect frame and workmanship. However, as I've ordered progressive lenses, I've received only standard ones. After contacting their customer service via messenger, they promptly identified problem and quickly suggested a free replacement to me! Amazing service, they are working round the clock. Love it.

I recently purchased a pair of glasses from Lensmart, and I am beyond satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I loved the variety of stylish frames available. I found exactly what I was looking for without any hassle. Ordering Process: The ordering process was straightforward. I was able to customize my lenses (including adding blue light filters) and input my prescription without confusion. They even offer virtual try-ons, which made it easy to visualize how the frames would look on me! Shipping and Packaging: Shipping was quicker than I expected. The glasses arrived in a secure package, and I appreciated the attention to detail in their presentation, including a protective case and cleaning cloth. Quality: The quality of the frames and lenses is impressive. They feel durable and lightweight, perfect for all-day wear. I also noticed an immediate difference with the blue light filter when working on my computer. Customer Service: I had a small issue with my prescription entry, but customer service was very responsive and helped me correct it immediately. Their quick response gave me confidence in their service. Overall: I highly recommend Lensmart to anyone looking for affordable, high-quality eyewear. They have stylish designs, competitive prices, and excellent customer support, making them a top choice for anyone in need of new glasses.

Thought I’d give this company a try. Should have checked reviews first!! Easy to order, lots of frames and good quality. I was really impressed with the lenses quality, so far so good! HOWEVER The frames I got were just too big and I knew they offered an exchange if your glasses were not suitable. I chose a sale pair as a replacement which pre sale are Kojo $29.95 but $1 sale atm and the original ones I brought Yandi, were pre sale price $29.95 sale price $ 9.95….but they want me to pay the more money?! I pointed out this is against trading standards and although I should get a refund for the difference I explained I didn’t expect too as they would need to add lenses etc. Secondly they have given me the run around with 5 emails requesting all sorts!! Just put all the info in one email and be done with it. ***UPDATE*** They have refused to exchange my frames as per their terms and conditions unless I remove this negative review. I’ll be using Firmoo going forward as they exchanged a pair for me and it was free with no return needed!! Rubbish service and badly run company.

Sorry for not giving you a good customer experience! We have understood the situation of your order. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We will replace the frames with the wrong size for you. If you confirm that the prescription is correct, we will make the same specifications of lenses for you according to the same prescription data in the order. Because the frames you want to replace are special items, we need to calculate the price difference according to our policy. If you do not want to pay the price difference, you can choose the frames of the same price in the order. Our customer service is still waiting for your reply. Once we receive your reply, we will deal with it as soon as possible.Thank you very much understanding~ Sorry for the inconvenience, we did not refuse to replace the frame for you. It's just that the frame you chose is a special offer item, and we need to calculate the price difference according to our policy. If you don't want to pay the price difference, can you please choose the same price as the one in the order to replace it? Once we get your reply, our customer service will arrange the exchange for you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
