I was and am very satisfied with the service I received from Lensmart. I order a pair of glasses and sunglasses about a month ago and I had an issue with one pair, but as soon as I emailed them, they were on top of it and resolved it and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. Your customer service is wonderful. You are quick to respond to any concerns and very helpful with all my questions. If is extremely refreshing to have someone in the customer service field to actually take time to listen and be understanding. I have had so many compliments on my glasses and I always make sure to tell them of my experience and where i got them.
