This merchant is a rip-off
This merchant is a rip-off. I placed a $76 order with Lensmart on May 20th and never received my glasses. They were never shipped and Lensmart is not responding to my emails. Lensmart left a reply on this website on 11/18, basically blaming me for the reason why they haven’t sent my glasses or refund my money. I reached out to them on 11/22/24 and once again they’re giving me the run around. I have 26 emails, going back and forth with Lensmart, from 5/28/24 to 11/26/24.
