I bought a pair of Rx glasses (Aiyana in tortoise shell) and loved them, I got so many compliments on them and they fit my face so well. When I saw they were on sale I bought two more pairs in different colors. I received them but 1 pair was in a color I did not order. After contacting customer service via messenger my issue was taken care of quickly and they went beyond what was necessary to correct their mistake. I will be ordering from Lensmart again in the future. Thanks!

Excellent customer service. I recently made an error with my purchase. I followed the process and contacted Lensmart via messenger and email to cancel my request. I received a response within a few hours through messenger and instead of cancelling my request they were able to update and change my order. Thank you!!
