I’ve ordered from them multiple times & everything has been great every order. Tracking goes well & if anything has been delayed (rare but happened once) customer service gets back to me asap. This is my go-to site for glasses.

I made a purchase and made an error, by buying 1 extra frame that was in my cart. I accidentally included 1 extra frame. I only intended to by 3 glasses, not 4. The caluculation was not making sense, but I thought the exchange rate was causing it to be a higher price. Even when I asked for standard shipping and clearly clicked it, it reverted to DHL.Within less than12 hrs of purchase, I got in touch with customer service. I really just did not want the 4th glasses,because is was a mistake. They told me they could exchange, I reluctantly said ok. I chose a frame, that costed $7.98 more. I was willing to pay by visa. But they said I had to pay with PayPal. But I did not have a PayPal account. After many back and forth, and me being stress and sick. They decided I didn't have to pay the difference and the frame is free. Thanks so much! They asked me to verify the prescription when doing so, I discovered I made a mistake when inputing the prescription, for the original order. Now thats 2 mistakes. I gave them the correct prescription. All the glasses I ordered are the same prescription and I let them know. They said they adjusted the prescription and I should receive in a few 14-28 days. Thanks Lensmart for helping me,. I will recommend to a friend. You rock.

Lensmart was very easy to message and talk to as I had to change me order after ordering! I have recieved my glasses and absolutely love them! However the fit is too big and they keep slipping down my nose they won’t stay in place and after contacting them through both email and message they won’t answer me back! 🤨

These glasses seem sturdy. Photochromic on the one pair seems to work even through the window and it looks solid and well done. As for the blue light lenses, I'm still working on figuring out how those work, but I really do love the frames.

I was on the fence about ordering online because of my doctors optical department warning me against doing so. I tried it anyways and I'm on my 3rd pair. The glasses are cute and trendy and not to mention very affordable. The customer service is easy to reach online and they are very helpful if I have questions or what to change my order. It does take about 3 weeks to get your glasses but they are well worth it. I will continue to use Lensmart. The optical department said I had a complicated prescription and it'd likely get messed up but I've had my vision checked with them and I see 20/20. If you're on the fence just give it a shot. You won't regret it! P.S. I do only have single vision rx for distance and I get clear lenses although I have an astigmatism and I honestly can't tell the difference between no glare or clear. That is all I have to say and hope this helps.
