I purchased two pairs of glasses from lensmart and I couldn’t be more pleased with the ordering process, prices, shipping speed, and customer service/support! The glasses were BEAUTIFUL (Chloe & Frode), the fit perfect, prescription was phenomenal, and the quality was even better. One pair did seem to have a manufacturer defect, so I contacted customer support. They were very quick to reply and solve the issue for me. They decided to send me a replacement free of charge! THAT is EXCELLENT customer service! I will forever be a return customer and will never buy glasses from another store. 100/10 would recommend lensmart! I couldn’t be more pleased!
