I’m very satisfied with Lensmart’s service. Although there was a small issue with delivery due to local postal regulations in Hungary (larger letters are not delivered to the door), this was not the company’s fault. The customer service was quick, helpful, and followed up until I received my package. The glasses are great quality and exactly as described. Thank you!

I never received my glasses. I waited a month after the shipment date to contact customer service. It takes them days to respond. I was told my package was on transit but delayed. A week later still no package I reached out again. This time I was told my package was delivered 2.5 weeks prior. Which made no sense because another customer service rep a few days before told me it was delayed in traffic. I requested a refund which they refused to acknowledge. I was told to contact usps which I did. I was told there was a delay by usps. Lensmart still would not refund my order and is asking for certified official documentation from usps to prove the delay. This company is a joke , stay far away. I will stick to zenni from now on.
