Their prices are affordable and their frame selection is exquisite. I ordered 3 pairs, which was my first time buying from Lensmart. Customer service is A plus, they went above and beyond to exchange a pair of glasses that was ordered in the wrong color. They will be the only place I order my glasses from, from here on out!!

I ordered the product a month ago, but there was a small hiccup (my fault), so I started emailing customer service... Well, let me tell you: it was terrible! They take 3–4 business days to reply to emails, which I find unacceptable. (Even a simple confirmation email regarding the order number took three days to get a response.) I swear they don’t even read the messages. (Situation: they asked for the original prescription issued by the optician – no problem, I sent it. However, the original prescription didn’t include the "PD", which I clearly explained, and I even provided the missing information. Three days after my email, they replied saying the prescription doesn’t include the "PD".) Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is awful. I ordered here based on recommendations from several friends. I can’t comment on the quality of the product yet because it still hasn’t arrived. I find it ridiculous that such a simple issue hasn’t been resolved in over a month... If you run into any issues with your order, you’re better off just waiting until it arrives and sending it back – but whatever you do, don’t start emailing them, because it’ll take forever!

Sincerly great products and amazing customer service!! Besides the fact that the glasses look amazing, I’ve tried to bend them to see how durable they are and they impressed me.
