Warning: Lensmart Customers. I paid for glasses from Lensmart but never received my order despite waiting over two months. Customer service blamed USPS, refused a refund or replacement, and provided a fake tracking number linked to a different person and address. To make matters worse, they didn't follow their own refund policy. I lost over $100 on this product and was left frustrated. Other customers have reported similar issues, highlighting a pattern of concern with Lensmart's customer service and order fulfillment. Potential customers, be cautious: thoroughly research before purchasing.

I placed my order and gave the wrong…
I placed my order and gave the wrong RX, it taak a few days to have it fixed because of the difference in time zone. Ive received my shipping number and awaiting my parcel. Will update my review if needed once the product has been received and if the prescription is correct. But so far so good 👍

Firstly the frame is amazing
Firstly the frame is amazing , it’s giving Luxury and rich, boss lady vibe. The lens is exactly as my optometrist report.. everything very affordable. No customs fees honeys. The response from agent was quick and helpful when I inquired about courier company tracking number. Definitely getting my second specs. It took 2 weeks to get my parcel

I’ve had a great experience with Lensmart! Their selection of stylish and affordable eyewear is impressive, and I love how easy it is to virtually try on frames before buying. My order arrived on time, well-packaged, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The lenses are crystal clear, and the frames are both lightweight and sturdy. Love my new prescription glasses
Love my new prescription glasses and sunglasses from @lensmartonline. They have so many cute affordable frames that can be purchased as prescription glasses/ sunglasses with or without prescription or just the frames themselves. Just a heads up i did wait a whole month to get them delivered but worth the wait. The quality is great definitely will order more.
