Lensmart review
I had a very positive experience working with Lensmart. Communication was friendly and efficient throughout the entire process—they responded quickly to all my questions. The glasses I received are not only stylish but also surprisingly high in quality, exactly as pictured. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was secure and well-presented. Overall, I highly recommend Lensmart both as a brand and as a collaboration partner.

Quality of the glasses
I really like that the glasses aren’t too tight or too lose. I also think that the frames are unique and beautiful.

Extra lencsével kértem a szemüveget, tényleg oldafigyeltek rám!

Contact Issues | Improvements | Frames
I do not like how the company communicates with its customers. It takes a day or two to hear from them. I see customer reviews, and they are not great, which I agree with. Effective time management can be useful. I think the website can improve with accurate contact information. A phone number should be provided to gain customer satisfaction and trust. Thanks for accommodating affordable glasses for everyone. Hopefully, this can extend overseas in the future. Delivery was on time. Glasses don't get smudged when cleaning or wiping off with the cloth that comes with your frames. I will give a future update if I remember lol.
