Lensmart is amazing! They offer good quality, fashionable glasses at a very reasonable price. Recently my glasses were lost in the mail. Lensmart is sending my new glasses at no cost to me. They were compassionate, understanding and gave me a discount for my next order.

Terrible glasses, paid a fortune and they won't refund me money even though the lenses are terrible. Paid for thin lenses and they are not thin!! Horrible customer service! Do not use!!!! Just go to a proper glasses shop!

Sorry for the inconvenience. We match the glasses according to the lens specifications you purchased in your order. Because your prescription is too strong, even if the refractive index is high, the lenses will be a little thick. Regarding the prescription of the lenses, we noticed that you filled in the wrong data in the order, which made it difficult for you to see clearly. Do you need to redo the lenses? Our customer service is still waiting for your reply. Once you have made a decision, we will arrange the next step for you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

This was my first time buying glasses online and I had such a positive experience. The glasses were very high quality and the lenses themselves were top notch. It’s the same quality (dare I say even better) than what you get in store for a fraction of the price. I have a high prescription so that says a lot. I highly recommend lensmart for your glasses needs!
