Love my glasses!
I had a great experience ordering from lensmart. I had never ordered glasses online and I put in the wrong info for my prescription. I emailed them for help. They emailed me back quickly and fixed my mistakes. My glasses came way quicker than I was expecting. They're good quality, the prescription is perfect and they're cute! Will definitely be ordering more.

I had a great experience with the customer service team! I accidentally entered the wrong prescription details when placing my order and only noticed the mistake afterward. I contacted the support team, and they responded very quickly and were incredibly helpful in updating my order with the correct information. Their communication was fast and professional. I highly recommend their help center – truly excellent service!
