Great Customer Service and Cute Frames!
Great customer service with quick responses! Helped correct a typo on the shipping address and troubleshoot any questions I had. Will definitely be ordering from this company again! My glasses arrived in a timely manner within the estimated timeline provided. The frames are so cute!

Address Change
After I placed my order I realized my shipping address was incorrect. I reached out to customer service via chat. They were very helpful in seeing that my address got changed to the correct one.

My first Experience with Lensmart
When I first ordered my 2 pairs of glasses it didn't asked for my PD . Frame's and all where excellent but the vision wasn't centered right. I message back to Lensmart and they agreed to send me another pair of lenses at no cost. They also guided me through measuring. I recommend Lensmart for there gret service and frames.
