I had my order changed twice through my own fault and the customer service was very patient and kind! In the end, they made the glasses as I asked for, so I am completely satisfied. True, they don't reply in the same second, you might have to wait a bit, but they solve the problem! Nowadays everyone is impatient if they don't get something at the right moment. I had no problem waiting a little.
