I messaged that my glasses I purchased…
I messaged that my glasses I purchased in Decembe r2026 broke at the hinge. they were in the eyeglass case. Customer service asked me how it happened and to send pictures. They said they would send out replacement glasses. So easy. Thank you.

Had a query about not having an order number
I had a query about not having received an order number on my email, so was worried about not getting my glasses because it kept saying order doesn't exist. So I emailed and sent messages on WhatsApp and was assisted. I also received my order eventually and am satisfied with it.

Their frames are really good quality…
Their frames are really good quality and I love that they have so many options. They shipped the frames to Kenya pretty fast, and the order came in perfect condition. I love that it’s so affordable and convenient. I will definitely be back for more… and more!
