First time lens smart user and I had a great experience! It does take some time to receive the glasses, but can you really complain? You can get frames, lenses, and blue light filter and scratch protection for under $50. Never seen that anywhere, 5 stars!

The nose piece fell off of my glasses. I reached out to them on facebook and they are sending a brand new pair! Responded quickly and the process has been super simple!

My partner and I each ordered two pairs of glasses and couldn’t be more satisfied! Buying prescription eyewear online can be tricky—especially when you’re unsure about styles or fit. Fortunately, the measurements listed on the website were spot-on, and the virtual try-on tool was surprisingly accurate, helping us avoid any unwanted surprises. All the frames we chose are sturdy, and the prescription lenses are perfect. Shipping was quick and smooth, with each pair arriving in a plastic case and well protected. We’ll definitely be ordering again—the quality far exceeded our expectations, especially at this price point!

I received my correct order of two pairs of prescription eyewear and I was so happy with the quality of frames as well as the light, durable material used. They come with a sturdy case and a leaning cloth for each. I love the way they look and will definitely be ordering again soon!

LensMart does not honor it's online 30 Day Customer Guarantee policy. Their reply to me was this. "We need to confirm with you via video if there is any product quality problem. Once we receive the video to confirm that there is a quality issue with your purchase this time, we will arrange the exchange process for you right away. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us."

Sorry for the misunderstanding. We did not refuse to process your return. We want you to provide the video just to confirm the problem with the bracket. If there is a quality problem, we will definitely provide you with a solution. Because the solutions are different, if you are unwilling to provide them, we will process your return as if there is no quality problem. Is this acceptable to you? Our customer service is still waiting for your reply. We will follow up as soon as you reply. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

The quality of the glasses is chef’s kiss. The prescription lens was perfect and super clear. I absolutely adore my glasses. The efficient and fast delivery did it for me.
