I had ordered from them and didn’t receive my package so I contacted customer service and they were quick and very helpful with getting me a new order shipped to me

I had made a mistake when purchasing my order and they were quick in fixing my issue. I’ve ordered plenty of pairs for myself and family, they all have enjoyed their glasses and say they are very long lasting.

I’m extremely happy with my purchase from Lensmart. The website is user-friendly and well-designed. I especially loved the virtual try-on tool, which really helped me make confident choices when picking out frames. The prices are very competitive, and shipping times are totally reasonable. Big shout-out to their customer service: in my case, the frame cracked because it was made of acrylic and I had used alcohol to clean it. Their team handled the situation like real pros — fast, helpful, and professional. I’m giving them a 10 out of 10, and I recommend Lensmart to everyone who compliments me on my stylish frames 👓✨
