Poor service, paid for express took 10 day instead of 3-5 days. Glasses did not fit and took me another 4 days to get the return address and details. The told not getting a full refund. Company is based in china but have to send back to USA which costs extra money as they will not accept returns from ups…. Do not buy from here. Proper stitched up. My fault thought should have done my research.

The glasses arrived not fit for purpose with bright yellow lenses. I had to go through PayPal complaints as they did not reply to my 2 emails. They are still arguing and not refunding my money well within the 14 day refund period. They also want me to send the wrong glasses back to China at my own expense!!! Avoid them! First time with them, what a nightmare. Vooglam are better. As I cannot reply here to your reply Lensmart, the order number is C25070957499910368 As I cannot reply to the Lensmart comment below. I ordered grey photochromic lenses, they are bright yellow. I am not satisfied with the product and you have messed me about with the returns process. You want me to pay for the return postage to China, for the product that is of no use to me. You have argued about not giving me a full refund but offered 25% off next order. There will definitely NEVER be a next order! So the resolution is that I have to pay for return of wrong glasses? This is not a solution. By the way they ask you to take the bad review down, that's why there is not many visible bad reviews. Mine is staying up!

Night vision lenses are yellow in color. There is a clear instruction when you choose this lens. If you cannot accept this lens, we are willing to replace it for you, but you need to pay for the new lenses. If you do not accept either, we are willing to process a return for you.
