I wish I had read the reviews before…
I wish I had read the reviews before buying, they are diabolical. Wrong lenses, paid for thinnest lenses and they are as thick as bullet proof glass, I could go on. Customer services is AI as they ignore specific complaints and default to standard replies and then want to charge you for the return postage and some of the lens cost. Do not use

Pleasantly surprised by quality and price
I was highly skeptical considering the prices. However, for less than the price of ONE pair of glasses at Specsavers, I found 4 pairs of distance glasses that I loved. I added my prescription and the optional extras like thinning and anti-blue light coating, then I just crossed my fingers and waited for delivery! The glasses arrived yesterday and I adore them all! The try on tool on the website was really accurate, very good representation, so none of the frames came as a surprise. They sit really comfortably and they all feel very good quality. I will definitely be using this site again!

Amazing Quality & Service
When I saw how cheap the frames AND the lenses were I was a bit apprehensive but I really begrudge spending the prices most other places want so I took a chance. I got one set of lenses FREE on a flash sale and the other were less than £5 with lenses included. I got an email a couple of days after my orded to say they'd noticed a discrepancy with the prescription I manually added and upon checking I had made a HUGE mistake on one of the numbers. Thankfully they picked this up, got the right info for me and put the right prescription on! With how cheap everything was they easily could have juat gone with what I put in as it would have been my fault any way but the customer service and attention to detail in that was amazing. Just got the glasses today and they are FANTASTIC. The quality of the frames is 10000x better than my last pair which cost significantly more from a well know high street opticians. Im super impressed and will be ordering again.

I give a 5 star review!!! There was a issue with the shipping that was not on their part but the delivery part. They fixed the problem and was very good with getting me my order back out to me in a timely manner. When I got my order my frames are sturdy and a good quality but I'm more impressed with the quality of my prescription lenses. I can see through them perfectly. I look forward to ordering again and again!!! Thank you Lensmart!
