Lensmart was super helpful. I placed my order and then thought I wanted to change it and they were so accommodating. I would recommend them for the customer service alone!!!

Ordered glasses from them, when I recieved them the bifocal height was extremely low on the frame. Contacted customer support. Tells me special order, can't return. Then next email says they'll send out new lenses, asks if that's OK, 17 emails later. Yes. 17! No new lenses like promised but hey, they sent me a coupon for 25% off my next purchase! Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with! Buyer beware!

We apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience. Since you purchased a special offer item, our return policy clearly states that special offers are non-refundable. Regarding your lenses not working due to pupil height, we are willing to adjust them to your actual pupil height, but we noticed that you have opened a dispute. Sorry, could you please close the dispute first? We never refuse to reissue you new lenses. Once the dispute is closed, we will arrange for replacements as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I could not be happier. Stylish frames, good quality material. The prescription sent was followed accurately. I ordered a couple of them in the past 6 to 12 months. I am very happy with the delivery time and the quality service. You can`t go wrong!
