We apologize for the delay. We noticed an issue with the prescription for one pair of glasses in your order. We immediately emailed you to confirm the issue, but unfortunately, we haven't received a response. Since both pairs of glasses in your order are correct and have been produced, only one pair requires a prescription confirmation. If you would like to cancel your order now, according to our policy, we will refund 90% of the price for the two pairs already produced and provide a full refund for the pair requiring prescription confirmation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We prepared the glasses according to the prescription data provided in your order. However, many factors can affect the quality of glasses. We are willing to identify the cause of your blurred vision and provide a solution. However, we note that you would like to return the glasses. We respect your wishes, but according to our policy, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which is clearly stated in our policy. If you accept this, please reply to our customer service and we will arrange the next steps for you. If you still require lens adjustment, we will also proceed with this. Our customer service is still awaiting your response and will follow up as soon as we receive your response. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
