The company has wide range and great quality frames, but if you want to return the product, it will be a nightmare experience. They will blame you and argue with you. They doesn't value their customers. Only care about the profit of company. I bought the lenses with frames in around $75. I couldn't able to see clearly with the glasses I got from Lensmart, so decided to return the product. The amount they offered me to return was $18 excluding the shipping cost.So, If I choose to return the product along with the shipping cost the total refund amount I expected to get was around $5. I never ever had a bad experience in my life like I had with Lensmart. If you want to remake the lenses, you have to pay almost double than you paid along with shipping cost.
