I took a leap of faith in ordering a couple pairs of glasses I really liked that was advertised on Instagram. I finally ordered them after doing a little research on Lensmart. Submitting my order was super easy, I just failed to create my account first to receive my points. Customer service was very helpful, they respond within 24 hours to answer my questions, and I got my glasses fairly quickly. Glasses feel light and comfortable for my face. I absolutely love both pairs, and I recieved them in perfect condition, and great customer service. Thank you Lensmart!!

Me encantaron las tres gafas que recibí! Las gafas Cadence son mis preferidas, son fotocromáticas con visión nocturna. Las gafas Vera las conseguí con filtro de luz azul y también me quedaron súper bien. Los precios son muy buenos y razonables. 10/10

I sent an email in regards to my glasses being defective. Their first few emails were normal, photos of defect, verified my address and then sent a confirmation email stating new ones were being shipped. The part that was frustrating is after the last email stating they were shipping, I received an email saying please disregard the previous email. They were asking more questions almost to back track on my glasses being defective. I received multiple emails asking the same questions. It was so repetitive of questions I had already answered. I would receive the same questions right after they had just asked. It was very irritating. Finally after days of the repetitive questions, I received another email stating they would ship my glasses.

I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses from Lensmart, and both arrived completely unusable. Looking downwards caused severe blurry vision and distortion.I took both glasses to a professional optical shop, where they verified the lenses on a digital lensmeter. The machine scientifically proved that the cylinder axis and the optical center were misaligned during manufacturing.I sent clear videos of this professional test to Lensmart customer support. First, they lied claiming they couldn't open the links (even though my analytics showed they watched them multiple times). Then, they completely denied the lensmeter's objective data and refused to issue a 100% refund or cover the return shipping from Hungary. They loop the same automated scripts to waste time.This company has zero integrity and sells dangerous, faulty medical equipment. Do not buy from them! I had to open a PayPal dispute and a bank chargeback to get my money back.

Le personnelle on été rapide et efficace, j’adore le style des lunettes mais je vois vraiment mal dans les deux, dans la Sahana je vois jaune et dans la Zico je vois embrouiller donc je ne sais pas si c’est normal. Merci énormément pour votre beau service!
