Customer service is terrible. They lie about promotions, bonuses, and discounts. It’s very disrespectful for a ‘large’ company to mislead customers. It’s really upsetting.

We apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience. We were not lying, and we did not refuse to refund the discount on your order. However, after you received the product and contacted us to report a problem with the frames, we wanted to resolve the frame issue first. We have already contacted our supplier for confirmation, and after receiving their response, we proactively contacted you, hoping you could provide us with a front-facing photo of the glasses. Unfortunately, we have not received a reply from you. Once we receive a complete front-facing photo of the glasses, we can arrange to send you a new pair. If you do not wish to receive a new pair, we can also arrange a refund. Once we receive your reply, we will follow up on your order as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Glasses look good…but They’re pretty flimsy and don’t appear to be well made. There a lot of movement in the frame, the lenses don’t appear to be particularly secure. I’m concerned the lenses could pop out when cleaning, Plus points are, easy to use website, fairly quick delivery and the prescription is spot on.

Ich habe wirklich ein paar Ansprüche an Brillen - seit ich nun mehrere Brillen der wohl beliebtesten/bekanntesten Optikerfirma gekauft habe - immer entspiegelt etc. / ich immer diejenige war, der bei jedem Online-Meeting niemand in die Augen gucken konnte weil ich so blende, muss ich wirklich sagen, bin ich so unendlich dankbar und überrascht über meine beiden Modelle. :) Super eingestellt mit der Sehstärke, da hatte ich Sorge. Ließen sich beim Optiker vor Ort noch hinter den Ohren einstellen und fertig. Ich werde mehr bestellen. Komplimente gab es auch schon.
