I recently placed an order with LensMart and initially received the incorrect shipment. Mistakes happen, and the packing slip confirmed that I had received a completely different order. I contacted customer support and they were quick to respond. They asked for a few photos, which I easily provided through the chat, and they immediately took accountability and were determined to make it right. They promptly reprocessed my order, carefully confirmed my prescription, and communicated with me every step of the way. I was never upset or frustrated because I understand that hiccups can happen—and I’ve been ordering from LensMart for my entire family for quite some time. This was the first issue I’ve ever experienced. What truly stood out was the care, professionalism, and extra effort they took to resolve the situation and go above and beyond. Save yourself the headache! I ordered 2 pairs of glasses in the beginning of November. Once a month had gone by with no package and very vague shipment updates as well as a shipping company provided that does not even exist, I reached out to their customer service and was told that they cannot provide a tracking number because the shipping company has not given them one (A MONTH LATER MIND YOU, AND I HAD A TRACKING NUMBER). It gets worse though, the NEXT DAY after I contacted, my ordered was “delivered” which was FALSE. I reached out again and they told me that they sent the order to the address provided and gave me a different tracking number through USPS. I then went to the post office to gather Information from them- turns out Lensmart sent it to a completely different address not even close to mine. I double checked my information provided and I did indeed provide the correct info- they just had error on their end. So I asked them to refund my money to my original payment method…. NOPE. They told me I will have to give my bank information to a third party insurance company for them to refund me. Are you crazy? Share my bank information with a third party company after all of the scammy chain of events that have taken place? No way. Go to any other company but this one.

Lensmart customer service is excellent! I made a huge error on my end and they worked with me quickly to resolve it. The customer service reps were wonderful and provided quick responses. I will be shopping with them again!
