Ohw Lensmart my dear you will forever be famous!!!! 🎊I got my spectacles and they fit me so well🤓, you guys ate and left no crumbs🫡. My optometrist had suggested to wear my glasses full time, and let me say I'm about to do that without hesitation, because these glasses look so good on me, and they are so comfortable. Was speaking with customer service all through process, they checked and checked again that everything was correct, thought wow! This really is great!
2 weeks later, recieved the glasses, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HUMONGUS! They look stupid!! went to process for a return/refund with their “amazing 30 day money back” as they quote "Our objective is simple, to ensure every customer has a wonderful purchasing experience with us" .. what a joke that is!
I was well within the 7 days. - but they have stated as per their policy “GLASSES on special offer will not be refunded”
Anyone who has been on this website will know, you buy the frame, and you buy your lenses.
Yes, I agree my frame was on offer, I have not asked for a refund for this, I have asked for a refund on my lenses which should be 70%, as per their own policy!! But they are saying that the “glasses” were on offer. Which, they don’t sell as a whole???!
My lenses absolutely were not on offer and I paid a lot of money for “better lenses”
I would be really careful ordering from this website. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting.
They do not adhere to their own policy.
If you have an issue with your glasses after received, you will have a hard job communicating with them, you will be rudely shut down and expected to lump it, as they are money grabbing con artists and will not adhere to their own policy.
