Lensmart is my go to for all things optical
I have purchased a number of times from Lensmart and have always had a great experience. The style and fit are excellent with plenty of options to choose from. Customer service is top-notch—questions are handled quickly and professionally. Shipping costs are fair, which is appreciated. Perfect service...very easy to make an order ...
Perfect service...very easy to make order! My orders were shipped (to Europe) very quickly and I was wonder how unique, light and great the glasses I have ordered are. Lensmart also helped me to solve my case very quicky and I am sure I will order more eyeglasses. Every pc I ´ve got now fits me. Highly recommended!

Ich empfehle nicht
Ich empfehle dringend, keine Brillengläser über diese Website zu bestellen. Die gelieferten Gläser entsprachen nicht der angegebenen Sehstärke und waren nicht nutzbar. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme wurde eine Rückerstattung verweigert, und eine fachgerechte Korrektur über den Kundenservice wurde nicht angeboten. Stattdessen erhielt ich lediglich Angebote wie Rabatt auf den nächsten Einkauf oder Hinweise, die Streitigkeit über PayPal „einvernehmlich“ zu lösen – was meiner Meinung nach die berechtigten Verbraucherrechte umgeht. Die Brillenfassungen sind von mittlerer Qualität. Positiv sind nur der Preis und die große Auswahl. Dieses Verhalten zeigt deutlich, dass der Shop Probleme mit mangelhaften Produkten und Verbraucherrechten nicht professionell löst.

This is clearly stated on our website, and all our products undergo quality checks before shipment to ensure they are in good condition. We made them according to the prescription data in the order. I order glasses on lensmart but upon…
I order glasses on lensmart but upon arrival it was damaged, immediately search for the support service as well as on Facebook. I send lensmart pictures of my broken glasses and their reply that their will be replace in that same week I got an email that my parcel on the way to South Africa. I super happy for the assistance and their great service

I am very satisfied with my glasses. They are very comfortable to wear and fit perfectly. The customer service was extremely kind and helpful, and they replied to my messages very quickly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend them.
