I am extremely disappointed. I chose semi-express delivery, and it's been over 20 days since I ordered, and still nothing. They put all their effort into sponsorships on TikTok, except for themselves, who don't pay for any services. I would never recommend them to anyone.

We apologize for the delay. We noticed that you previously contacted us wanting to change your address to prevent the package from being delivered to the wrong address. We requested the logistics company to intercept the package, but when you later stated you didn't need the address changed, we immediately notified the logistics company to cancel the interception. Your package is currently in transit, and we have urged the logistics company to expedite its delivery. If you encounter any problems during this process, please feel free to contact us.

My experience was outstanding. I needed a bit if help with PD and was given very immediate advice. There is a great choice of glasses. Broken down into frame Size. Gender. My glasses arrived quicker than I thought. They are very well made. Above and beyond what I actually was expecting having used a few other online suppliers over the last few years. These are by far my favorites.

I made an error in my order and only figured it out a week later and yet they still helped me correct my mistake. The costumer service is the best. They answer so fast and with such great detail. I would recomend buying from them if you are looking for new and affordable glasses.
