I didn't do enough research before I placed the order. Any negative review you read about this company is true. Prescription came horrible and it's a basic prescription nothing fancy. Shipping took forever even paying for the extra shipping. Case came damaged because there was literally no padding in the shipping bag. Then the frames themselves don't look like the photos and the one feels like material you would give a child that wants to pretend to have glasses. Worst of all the customer service will blame you for their horrible product fight you tooth and nail for a refund. Which is also reviews I have read online. I ordered Zenni glasses the same day those were fantastic if you're looking for a non-scam company order there. If you want to be ripped off and then told you're a liar and it's your fault lensmart is your company
