Exceptional customer service!!!
I have bought about 10 pair of glasses through Lensmart. I love the styles, but mostly the price. I recently moved and my address wasn't updated when I ordered my last pair, being super busy I found them on Facebook took a long shot trying to resolve my issue and was amazed at how quickly easily I was able to to customer service and have a new pair shipped to the right address. Very helpful. I'm very pleased and will only buy glasses from lensmart !!!

J'ai commandé deux paires de lunettes…
J'ai commandé deux paires de lunettes sur leur site web et je suis vraiment pas déçu. J'ai trouver facile de rentrer ma prescription pour la vue et j'ai bien aimer qu'on puisse essayer les lunettes directement sur le site web avec une de nos photos. Les lunettes sont de qualités et tellement pas chère!

Ziemlich enttäuschend
Ziemlich enttäuschend! Als die Brille ankam hatte sie schon ein paar sehr unschöne, unübersehbare Kratzer im Rahmen..... ich werde dort nichts mehr bestellen!

Great customer service
This was my first time ordering glasses from Lensmart, and I’m honestly really impressed. Their prices are great, and they have such a huge selection of stylish frames. I ended up ordering three pairs because there were so many cute options. When my order arrived, I realized that I had accidentally entered the wrong prescription on my account. I was worried at first, but their customer service team was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. They walked me through the process and are sending replacement lenses so I can still wear the frames I purchased. Overall, I had a great experience. The glasses are affordable, the selection is amazing, and their customer support went above and beyond to help fix my mistake. I would definitely order from Lensmart again and highly recommend them.

Excellent quality and super cute
I ordered two pairs just for the great price. I honestly didn’t expect them to be this high quality. I’m never shopping retail again. I will definitely be ordering more styles, they both look great on me. My favourite is Hermione pair. All my friends ask about where I got my new glasses.
