Ordered 2 pairs of glasses with no intention of being surprised. However, I INSTANTLY fell in love. The glasses that I ordered overwon my expectations. Progresszív lencséjű szemüveget rendeltem. Sajnos az elsőt több helyen megrepedt kerettel kaptam. Felvettem a kapcsolatot e-mailben az ügyfélszolgálattal, ahol gyorsan, segítőkészen, kedvesen reagáltak a probléma megoldásában. Küldtek egy másik szemüveget, amit tökéletes állapotban kaptam meg és nagyon jól látok vele. Ajánlom a Lensmartot!

One month later, no glasses and they refuse a full refund. I ordered two pairs of glasses on Feb 15 and paid extra for priority shipping. It has been over a month, and the glasses have not even shipped. After multiple attempts to cancel, customer service keeps sending automated-style responses offering a small discount to keep the order. When I insisted on a refund, they tried to claim my order is "in production" and want to charge a 10% cancellation fee. This is unacceptable for an order that is already weeks past its promised delivery date. Avoid this company if you actually need your glasses on time. They have poor communication and predatory refund policies.
