Do NOT buy from Lensmart! I ordered three pairs of prescription glasses, and the most expensive one (with blue light filter) is a total disaster. They manufactured it with one POSITIVE (+) lens and one NEGATIVE (-) lens, which is a massive error and completely unusable. It’s physically impossible to see through them. I reported this manufacturing defect immediately, but their customer service is a joke. They refuse to take responsibility and keep asking for irrelevant "head-on" photos and measurements just to waste time and avoid a refund. They heavily advertise in Hungary with Hungarian ads, but they provide ZERO consumer protection. They are selling faulty, health-damaging products and refusing to fix their mistakes. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Hungarian Economic Competition Authority (GVH) and the Consumer Protection Authority to have their activities suspended in my country. Save your money and your eyesight—STAY AWAY from Lensmart!

Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you provide your order number? We will check it for you. If you purchased prescription lenses, we made them according to the prescription data in the order. However, there are many factors that affect the wearing effect of glasses. We have forwarded your situation to our customer service team, and they will prioritize your order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service, and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you! Thank you very much for your understanding.

Great customer service and quality! My first order was lost during shipping, but the customer service team was very helpful and resent the glasses immediately. I have received the replacement, and the quality is excellent. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Lensmart!
