Ausflüchte, entschuldigen, fadenscheinige Erklärungen und sinnlose Rückfragen und am Ende die Aussage, dass ich nur gegen ein anderes Produkt tauchen könne und dann die Rücksendekosten des mangelhaften Produktes tragen müsste! NEIN, Sachmangelhaftung ist was anderes! Dieser Händler handelt in Deutschland und verhält sich wider deutschem Gesetz! Preis hin oder her, wenn’s Schwierigkeiten gibt, ist man hier verloren. Also Brille in die Tonne! Nie wieder! Besser zu Firmoo, die bieten ähnliche Preise und wesentlich besseren Kundenumgang.
