Fantastic value for money

PLUS JAMAIS Cela fait plus de 10 jours que j'essaie d'avoir du service à la clientèle ils répondre aux 2 jours. J'avais un problème avec une monture. Ils m'ont offert une nouvelle que je devais payer la balance d'accord pas de problème je choisi une nouvelle monture et je paye la différence de 1,48$ CA. Ensuite quelque jours plus tard ont me dit que je doit maintenant payer le shipping. Et depuis plus de réponses ses le pires service à la clientèle. De plus ils ne prenne pas le temps de regarder les courriels car ses une personne différente qui répond et la personne ne prend pas compte de la situation donc ses long et interminable comme service. J'attend toujours qu'il répondre au courriel cela fait déjà 2 jours

It was my first time ordering from Lensmart. After I had completed my order and got confirmation I got a bit confused with the description and immediately emailed them. The following day got a response that put me at ease and I was also asked if I would like to continue with the order. Excellent customer service. Can't wait for my order.

Unless you are 100% certain that your prescription is right and the glasses will fit properly, do NOT order from Lensmart. I ordered eyeglasses and sunglasses from Lensmart, and the plastic frames of the eyeglasses were so flimsy that local eyeglass shops couldn't even adjust the arms for me, as they were too nervous they would snap the arms off. I wore my glasses for about a week, and after I realized the prescription wasn't correct (which I'm 99% sure was a mistake from my eye doctor), it took me THREE WEEKS of emailing their customer service team for a refund. They don't even have a phone number that you can call, so you're emailing back and forth trying to work out a refund. I don't know how many times I needed to measure my PD, provide photos of me wearing the glasses, etc. and they kept asking me to repeat steps I already did. After FINALLY getting them to agree to a refund, they didn't cover the shipping cost, and since I'm in Canada and I was sending it back to California, it was around $20, and they require you to also pay for a shipping number to provide to them. On top of that, while they do fully refund the frames, they only refund 70% of the lenses. So if you need to send your glasses back and you're outside of the States, you're already down about $40. Product is made extremely cheap and customer service is absolutely terrible to deal with. Would NOT recommend shopping with Lensmart.

When I had finalized my order I notice that it was my old address that came up. I was able to contact Lensmart via e-mail and get it all sorted in no time and with no hassle. Eye glasses are to precious to be lost in the mail. Thank you Lensmart !

Company said I received my order but I never did. Then they told me they would issue me a refund then changed their mind and said they wouldn’t then also in the same email chain said they we send me a new order but also changed their mind. They never provided a proper tracking for this country so there is no way to confirm where the order went but it did not come here. It is the wordt customer service I’ve ever dealt with do Not waste your money it’s a scam company.
