I recently got a pair of glasses from Lensmart and I’ve been really happy with them. The frames look stylish and fit well — they feel comfortable to wear all day and don’t dig into my nose or ears. I have been ordering glasses from lensmart for the last two or three years. I have had the best luck. The frames are always just perfect a lot of times I don’t even have to get them adjusted. The lenses are right on. I’ve never had a complaint. This will be my first time with an exchange and it was only because the nose piece was very large. They just didn’t work. I’d like the glasses I could see out of them. They just were too big and they’re really good about getting back to you the next day with any questions they let you know exactly what you need to do and I am exchanging mine and I also have another pair im waiting to come in so I really really enjoy being able to get three or four pairs at a time throughout the year and I’m paying a fraction as what I would be paying at the optometrist my last pair of glasses at my eye doctor was $1000 and I can get a nice pair of glasses for under 100. I can get some really nice glasses so I would recommend you at least give it a try with lensmart you won’t be disappointed

I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses from Lensmart using the exact same prescription I've used successfully for four pairs from EyeBuyDirect. Neither pair from Lensmart provides clear vision. I first contacted customer service on September 1. More than a month later, I'm still trying to get a refund. But here's the worst part: the overwhelming majority of my customer service experience has been spent dealing with automated responses instead of actual human beings. Over 20 back-and-forth messages. The same generic responses. Repeated questions. No actual solutions. I specifically asked multiple times whether I was speaking to a bot and requested a human representative. When I finally appeared to reach a real person, I thought things would improve. They didn't. Now Lensmart wants me to pay return shipping for a partial refund OR visit an optometrist and provide a VIDEO of them testing the lenses before they'll consider refunding me. All of this over $124. actually, only $30 because they offered to refund me 70% of the cost of the frames and $100% of the cost of the lense if I pay to shop them back The amount of time I've wasted trying to get actual human assistance is absurd. It genuinely feels like their customer service process is designed to exhaust customers until they give up. A company that relies this heavily on automated responses needs to have a proper escalation process when those responses aren't resolving anything. Lensmart, can an actual manager with the authority to issue a refund please step in and resolve this? Order #1863936.

I’ve placed a few orders and been happy each time. I had an issue with my last order. Contacted customer service and in just a few days they handled it with efficiency, kindness and true to their products. They have top notch customer service!! Even with an issue I will certainly shop here again!! Thanks from a very pleased customer!!

I absolutely love my glasses from Lensmart. The quality is truly amazing especially considering how affordable the glasses are! They are super comfortable and stylish and they go well with any outfit pairing. Best eyewear I have ever owned! I am definitely going to start buying most of my eyewear from them.
