Their efficiency and communication is impeccable 👌 im thankful that the customer service follow up on each and every single email you send them and keep ypu in the loop with any changes whatsoever. I haven't physically recieved the glasses as yet because they are estimated to arrive at the end of June 2026 but I look forward to test driving them 😀

I bought a pair of glasses from this company last month and I asked to exchange it with another one since the prescription was wrong. They said I need to pay extra money and I paid by PayPal. They told me to send the old glasses back to their warehouse address in California. I sent it and the glasses has been received with them, but they don’t send the new glasses and not replying to my email. I believe this company is illegitimate and wants to charge people without sending the glasses. Just be careful, returning and exchanging is not as it says in their website.

I have a high index prescription due to astigmatism. I paid to have my lens thinned out . They sent the glasses not thinned at all then told me to basically put my own lenses back in the glasses if the grinded them down !!! Smh then they stopped responding told me i had to pay my own shipping charges to return glasses they didn’t even do correctly. Never again!!! I have screenshots of the email communication with them also !!

We apologize, but our lenses were made to your specifications. Lens thickness is related to the prescription strength, and the refractive index cannot be determined by the naked eye alone.
