A lens popped out of my glasses and I lost it. My glasses were only 2 weeks old. I contacted lensmart and they replaced the glasses, no hassle, no problems at all. Customer service is great!!!!

I give 5 stars on customer service. I haven't yet received my glasses, they are still under customization. Customer service was very helpful though, I made a mistake on my end, they responded efficiently and they refunded my money no problem. I can't wait to receive my order!

Absolutely obsessed with my lemsmart frames! The quality and details are great and not to mention stylish. I also love that they are affordable because I’m so used to paying way more for prescription glasses. So definitely would recommend!
