LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

I sent my old ray ban glasses to Lens Factory along with my new prescription to have new lenses put it.. They contacted me when they received the frames. The glasses with the new lenses were shipped out quite quickly. I needed progressive lenses and they measured them perfectly! I see beautifully with them. I plan to send them another pair. I highly recommend them.

Prices are good, communication is poor. If you call customer service, the person answering isn't particularly friendly and gives you the "you're bothering me" vibe ( I had called because 2 weeks had passed since UPS informed me they had delivered my frames, and there had been no communication about anything from them). Last, delivery times stated on the web are aspirational. Expect to wait a month. If you don't mind the wait, and don't expect status updates, they're good.

This is an update in response to the seller's dishonest claim that the seller had offered a discount for replacement. The female customer rep with whom I registered my complaint did not offer any discount. She simply said that the defect was part of normal wear and tear. Nothing more. My original post: I purchased a pair of progressive glasses ($300.05) on 29 June 2022. Within 5 months, I noticed two small discoloration or peeling on the corners of the right lens. I called the customer service and spoke with a female rep. She asked me if I worked with chemicals to which I said NO. She asked me to send a photo of the defect, and I did. She then said that what I noticed were just from normal wear and tear. I told her the defects were only in the right lens. She said there was nothing Lensfactory can do. Now the peeling/defect has increased to 5 spots only in the right lens, which made this pair UNwearable. I regret having ordered my glasses from Lensfactory, and will never do it again.

Fast and accurate and reasonable pricing

The lenses were a little thicker and heavier than I expected.

Quick, accurate processing. Highly recommend this company

I just love glass glasses and these people do a nice job. Very good communication. They full filled my order quickly.

No muss no fuss. Since I had used LensFactory before they still had the specs on my frames. I went online and got my pupillary distance off of a website and sent in my new prescription. 10 days later voila! New glasses!
