Process would have gone faster if USPS would not have sent frame to lab in a back and forth that delayed it an extra week.

They sent me the wrong lenses in my frames. There lenses are quality but they need to pay more attention to what is ordered.

The glasses are crystal clear! And they return my lense that couldn't remove before sending them in!

The process was easy, the time frame was very fast and the glasses were excellent. They provided much better vision than glasses purchased in person and with the pricing, I was aware of what I was paying foe as opposed to being given a total price.

I chose Lens Factory based on the review score. The frames sent for lens replacement were by Zenni and had Zenni lenses, which were below the quality of my glasses from EyeBuyDirect. Using the same prescription that's in both glasses, I had Lens Factory install new lenses in the Zenni frames. What I received are lenses worse than what Zenni provided. I've given two stars based on the promptness of my order.
